- What are the prizes for this promotion?
- One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and one (1) guest to a 2026 music festival in Canada of winner's choice, subject to ticket availability; entire value of trip prize not to exceed $15,000 CAD. Trip package includes:
- Round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to a major airport near selected music festival (each airport determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);
- Accommodations for the duration of the selected festival at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy);
- two (2) tickets to the selected music festival, subject to availability
- Transportation gift card up to $1,000 based on proximity of accommodations to festival, gift card terms and conditions apply.
- $1,800 CAD in spending money, fulfilled as two (2) gift cards, gift card terms and conditions apply.
- Two (2) Brita gift packages (for winner and guest).

- You may enter one time throughout the promotion period.
- How many prizes could I win?
- There is a limit of one prize per person .
- How will I know if I'm the big sweepstakes winner?
- The winner will be notified via email from Contest Administrator to winner’s email provided upon registration. Once the winner is confirmed an official winlist will be posted. A direct link to this list can be found in the Official Rules.
- I got a message that I've already entered today, but I haven't. What should I do?
- Make sure you are visiting www.britadropcontest.ca directly rather than a bookmarked page in your browser. Also, please try to clear cookies and cache on your internet browser.
- I think I'm having technical issues. What should I do?
- Sometimes it's a simple thing like updating your browser. Check to be sure that you have a modern version of Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Also, you may want to check your browser preferences section to be sure JavaScript is enabled. Clearing your cache and cookies also helps in this instance.
- I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
- We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive in each promotion, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.
Please Note: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request. - Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
- Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
- What is the time frame for uploading my proof of purchase from date of purchase?
- The product purchase date and timestamp must be within 2025/06/25 – 2025/08/31 of receipt upload for the purchases to be considered eligible.
- Will a credit card receipt be accepted as a proof of purchase?
- Sorry, unfortunately we cannot accept a credit card receipt as it will not have enough detail to verify that the reward requirements have been met.
- Did you make a purchase online?
- Make sure you are uploading the receipt exactly as shown. Photo must not be larger than 10MB and may only be one (1) of the following file types: PEG, PDF, GIF or PNG. Each receipt/Online Proof of Purchase can only be uploaded once.
For In-Store Purchases: Take a “Photo” of the one (1) receipt that displays your Qualified Purchase.- Your Photo must be clear and legible and display all of the following information: date and time of purchase, retailer, Qualified Purchase, price of the Qualified Purchase and total cost of all purchases made in the transaction.
- Your Photo must be clear and legible and display all of the following information: date and time your order was placed, date your order was picked up or delivered, retailer, Qualified Purchase, price of the Qualified Purchase and total cost of all purchases made in the transaction. Shipping or delivery confirmations must also include the shipping address.
- I received an email that said my proof of purchase was rejected. What should I do?
- Follow the instructions emailed to you to either upload a new proof of purchase or submit a new photo of your previous proof of purchase. See the answer to the FAQ above for how to upload a valid proof of purchase.
